Who Are We?
Test Drive Games is small partnership in eastern
Pennsylvania, USA. We love everything about games: finding them, learning
them, teaching them and playing them.
We at Test Drive Games believe the following things:
- Games are fun. They can bring people together. Good games combined with good sportsmanship make good times.
- Not all games are created equal. Some games are more fun than others by virtue of their design. Some of the most fun games we've come across are put out by publishers who don't use the larger distribution channels, such as Toys 'R' Us or K*B Toys. As a result, most people will never become aware of these games.
- Tastes vary. Any given person will like some games more than others.
- Although games are less expensive than many other forms of entertainment, they still cost something. We don't like to shell out money for a game (or anything else, for that matter) only to discover when we get it home that it's not what we hoped it would be. We think everyone should have the opportunity to try a game before they buy it.
Because of these beliefs, we at Test Drive Games have undertaken a mission. Our mission is to promote the best board games and card games that we can find. We'll do this by showing the games to people who would not otherwise be likely to come across them, teach these people how to play the games, and make the games available for anyone who would like
to buy one.
